Statement from a Coinbase spokesperson in response to our inquiry about Hungarian crypto regulation. Coinbase is aware of the new Hungarian law and, following a thorough internal review and consultation with specialist local Hungarian counsel, has determined that its current cross-border services in Hungary do not fall within the law's remit. The company is continuing to closely monitor the regulatory situation in Hungary.
